Are you TUFF enough?

Toronto United Flag Football (a division of the Toronto Gay Football League) is a recreational league serving the Toronto 2SLGBTQ+ community and their allies. Founded in 2009, our goal is to create a safe and fun environment where adults can play the game of football as their authentic selves.

We welcome players of all skill levels, even if you have never played football or any sport, we welcome and encourage you to join us!

OUR LEAGUE MEMBERS ENJOY:

  • Scrimmages & Practices for skill development
  • Regular Season Games all summer (Sunday afternoons)
  • Weekend Playoff to determine league champion (usually in late September)
  • League-wide Social Events after every game & all year round
  • End of Season Awards
  • Weekly Updated Scores & Standings
  • Trained Referees

We play by Flag Football rules established by the National Gay Flag Football League (NGFFL). We are gearing up for our 2025 Season! Stay tuned to our social media for news, game info, and social events throughout the summer.

Land Acknowledgement

On behalf of Toronto United Flag Football, we acknowledge that we play on the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnaabeg, the Chippewa, the Wendat and the Haudenosaunee.

This land has been, and is still, governed by the Three Fire Confederacy and Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt as well as in more recent times by the Nanfan Treaty, Treaty 13 and the Williams Treaties.

We pledge to share and protect this land together in harmony.

Flags of Glory is our sibling league! They welcome all lesbians, bisexual, and queer positive women; and all non-binary and trans players interested in playing flag football.
